Important information

• This is a skill-based promotion (not a lottery or game of chance)
• Participation requires answering a question
• Only one entry per company is permitted
• Only correct answers are eligible to win
• If multiple participants provide the correct answer, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible correct entries

Timeline

• Entries close on: April 23, 2026, at 7 PM CEST (Netherlands time)
• The winner will be notified within 10 days after the closing date
• WCC is not responsible for the failed delivery of notification caused by spam filters or incorrect contact details
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or if the selected entrant is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required acceptance steps. WCC may disqualify that entrant and select an alternative winner.

Eligibility

• Participation is open to business representatives aged 18 or older 
• Participation is limited to organizations with 3,000 or more employees 
• Only one entry per company is permitted 
• Entries must be submitted by an authorized representative of the organization 
• Entries submitted by consultants or third parties on behalf of clients are not permitted without authorization 
• Employees of WCC and their direct family members are excluded

Prize

• The winner will receive a Workr Proof of Concept with a notional value of up to €10,000. 
• The Proof of Concept consists of a defined package of services to be agreed between WCC and the winning organization. 
• The scope, deliverables, timeline, and conditions will be set out in a separate statement of work.
• The prize is limited to the agreed scope and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

Data & privacy

WCC will process the personal data submitted in connection with this promotion for the purposes of administering the promotion, including receiving and reviewing entries, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and arranging delivery of the prize. 

Personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for those purposes and in accordance with WCC’s applicable privacy notice. 

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read the privacy notice and acknowledge that their personal data will be processed for the administration of this promotion.

General Terms

WCC reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, illegible, late, automated, fraudulent, manipulated, or non-compliant entries.  WCC may modify or cancel this promotion if necessary to the extent permitted by applicable law in the case of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

WCC excludes liability for lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, or technically defective entries, and for technical failures affecting participation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

 Dutch law applies to this promotion, and the courts of Utrecht have jurisdiction over any matter arising from it.
